Es tikai nesapratu, kāda jēga no šīs diskusijas turpināšanas? Par modēmu uzskata jebkuru iekārtu, kas ir spējīga pārraidīt datus caur kādu citu sakaru nesēju, vienalga vai tā būtu telefona līnija vai satelīts.
