Ja nepieciešams tikai aplūkot vai izprintēt dokumentus, kas veidoti ar Microsoft Office (doc, docx, xls, xlsx u.c.), tad ļoti piemērotas ir paša Microsoft piedāvātās bezmaksas programmas (mēdz gadīties, ka citu izstrādātāju Office alternatīvas neattēlo oriģinālo dokumentu 100% pareizi, tāpēc gadījumos, kad nav pieejama pilnā Office maksas versija, bet ir svarīgs sākotnējā dokumenta izskats visās niansēs, tās var noderēt):
