Our Client is a Berlin based software development company, which focuses on engineering software in the Airline industry to ensure robust booking and ticketing solutions for the major B2C and B2B market players on the German tourism market.

The company has developed various SaaS products in the niche and is performing as a leader in the industry field for over 16 years.

In the beginning of 2018 the company established a software development unit in Riga (at VEF/Domina territory) and is looking forward to welcoming a new Team member. The current Team in Riga consists of 4 extremely talented Java developers, who create an atmosphere of excellence at work.

The company employs 50 employees in total, which makes it a flexible, non-bureaucratic environment to work in.

Your skills

• Profound knowledge in JAVA programming
• Bachelor (or comparable level) in Computer Science or similar
• English language at least B2 Level

Teams and Tasks

We are looking for developers to become part of teams of 3-5 developers who are managing the SaaS Platforms.

Tasks include e.g.

• High performance algorithms for searching flights
• Connecting to internal data sources, both SQL and NoSQL
• Providing and consuming JSON/XML APIs
• Business Process Modelling (BPMN)
• Optimizing source code quality and deployment
